Welcome in the New Year right! This 15 day challenge incorporates not only 15 minute fitness sessions but also engages your mindset and your soul. Each day you will be challenged with 15 minute exercises to complete for each category. The goal for this challenge is to work not only on your physical body but also improve your mental health and self awareness. The best part is you do not need to leave your home or go to the gym. You can complete these exercises in the privacy of your own home and at your leisure. *You just have to start on January 16th and complete the exercises each day. *Then check into the group chat to track your progress and inspire others. *Winner is determined by the person who completes the highest number of days exercises. *1st & 2nd place winners. *Winners will choose from a 15 Minute 1 on 1 Coaching Session, a Superfoods Powder Supplement, or a Protein Powder Bottle Shaker with a 7 Day Meal Plan.
