If you have completed one of my previous fitness challenges- congratulations and I hope you have enjoyed it this far!!! I invite you to keep going and to join my August Fitness Challenge. However, this month's challenge will be a bit different then in the past. Still 15 Minutes of Flame. Still getting your sweat on. But I have added a couple different high impact calorie burning exercises to truly help you SHRED! So if you are a returning workout peep or someone that is ready to get your feet wet this month's challenge will be perfect for you. **Live sessions will also be available! So let's get fit together. Let's make your health a priority and more importantly let's make working out a part of your lifestyle! Remember it's 15 minutes and designed to be quick but intense so you can get in, sweat it up, get your workout done and get on with your day. No need for equipment. No need for the gym. These exercises can be completed in almost any location. So....what's your excuse? Let's get fit together! I will see you there! Oh and did I mention prizes????
