This class is a 4 week challenge that incorporates short resting periods to force the body to burn more calories quicker. ***Complete the Fitness 1.0 Challenge before starting this program. Each week you will create a personal bench mark for push-up, crunches and planks. Challenge yourself and compete with others to increase your weekly bench mark stats as well as your strength and stamina.
